Our modern manufacturing facility in IRAN offers a full range of manufacturing and repair services to the Oil & Gas industry. We manufacture a comprehensive range of products according to API-7-1 and NS-1. These can also be customized to meet specific customer needs. In addition, CST has succeeded in building special equipment in order to meet specific technical requirements. The capabilities of the machine shop are enhanced by our welding centre. Here we can apply a variety of wear resistant finishes, cutting, milling or reaming inserts plus fabrication of specialist drilling, fishing and milling tools.

API Machine Shop

Our ‘One Stop Shop’ API Manufacturing and Repair facility allows us to provide fast turnaround, quality repair work on a wide range of customers’ owned BHA tools.
In addition to offering standard BHA products, we also manufacture specialist drilling equipment including hole openers, under reamers, torque reduction subs, circulation subs, float subs, etc in both steel and non-magnetic material. We service and repair all products in accordance to NS-2, API-7-1 & DS-1, and our specialist welding facility and staff can apply hard facing in addition to brazing the diamond or PDC inserts as required by the end users.
